<ServiceInformation>
<DescriptionText><text>
There is an optical switch near the center of the unload table which is used to verify that the
unload traveller is in a safe position to rotate the cups. This error is reported if the Trendsetter
needs to rotate the unload table cups but the stepper motor is not in the correct position.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
The rotate position is specified by the "mhauto RotatePosition" parameter. During an unload sequence,
the stepper motor moves the unload traveller to this position and then checks the sensor. If the
sensor is not yet tripped, the stepper will jog the traveller towards the far end of the table, 1mm
at a time. The sensor is checked after each jog. If the sensor has still not been tripped after five
jogs, this rotator error is reported.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
Use the <<table>> command to check the rotate position sensor.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
It is possible to bypass the sensor temporarily with the <<scan>> command.

<Cause>
The plate may be binding in the leading edge clamps.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Incorrect NVS parameter "mhauto RotatePosition" -
If the parameter is set too high, the unload traveller will move past the sensor. It will then jog
further PAST the sensor while searching for the sensor.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Faulty optical sensor -
Check the sensor and the wiring.
